What you will be doing As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing risk and preserving the company's assets, lead, oversee and direct all accounting functions and finance operations.

You will provide the business with overall strategic initiatives and help drive their execution. Some of the key responsibilities: General Accounting and Finance operations Ensure the quality of the processes of all accounting functions (A/R, A/P, GL, Credit Management, Treasury, Inventory...) and the proper reconciliations, Prepare, control and deliver monthly financial reporting, and highlight to the local management and the HQ the main variances to enable management to take adequate decisions, . Coach your team towards efficiency in their daily tasks and usage of SAP, Internal control Be accountable for all finance processes : challenge the current ones, propose and implement improvements, to improve the effectiveness of the company Conduct risk assessments and propose processes improvement to mitigate these risks, Optimize operational efficiency by developing accounting policies and business processes to strengthen internal controls across departments, Manage relationship with external auditors, banks and any local authorities, Business Partner Be the business partner of the Management from a financial point of view to support them in any projects or business initiatives, Add value to the operations performance by analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements, Supports the business performance by adapting IT systems and applications, Develops and implements strategies for long-term financial health and support senior management by driving their execution.

What we offer Salary range : $150K-$200K per year Competitive bonus incentives 100% employee paid health, vision, and dental coverage 401k matching Generous paid time off Profile What you will bring to Motul Education/Experience - Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, or Business Management related Business field - Minimum 7 years in a corporate finance position with leadership - Appreciated Certifications : CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and/or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and/or CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) certifications are appreciated Competencies .
