We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to join our team in Holland, MI. The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
As a Finance Associate, you will:
Develop specific financial analysis, maintain financial reporting, and administer department activities. You will report to the Finance Manager of America's FP&A and support Finance and other functional groups/business partners to assist with financial planning (budget, forecasting) and reporting, particularly SG&A. This entry-level role allows an individual to gain valuable experience and skillsets in a Finance setting. Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance. Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Finance or Corporate Accounting experience through internship or work.
Experience working within an office furniture or manufacturing company. Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Experience with Microsoft Office application, financial and accounting consolidation systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Must be accurate and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
