We are looking for a results oriented Finance Analyst to join our high-performing team in the global Fieldwire headquarters in San Francisco, CA or at a Hilti office located within the U.S, reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations in a hybrid capacity being in the office 2-3 days a week. You will take a key role within our organization to build out our financial planning and analysis landscape. This role will require you to possess strong financial modeling capabilities, data visualization skills, storytelling, and the ability to build strong partnerships across the organization. What you'll be doing
The primary responsibilities for our next Finance Analyst will be to:
- Build and administer a variety of financial models with a Global scope that include: revenue, OPEX, unit economics models, sales performance and ad hoc project ROI models.
- Partner with data and accounting teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of our financial reporting, forecasting and analytics.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with local and global stakeholders.
- Actively detect trends and opportunities to address gaps and improve operating procedures and create resolution plans.
- Provide analytical support for Executive requested ad hoc analysis focused on ARR, Revenue, expenses and overall P&L.
- Create and maintain financial, integration and operational steering reports for stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Assist with contract management and indirect procurement activities .
- Ensure financial data accuracy, integrity and consistency, create and maintain documentation for the end users to ensure continuity.
- Actively participate in projects & implementations with a wide range of stakeholders.
At Fieldwire, we're looking for our next Finance Analyst to have the following skills and experiences
- 2+ years experience delivering actionable analytics in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Finance or Business degree .
- Experience in building and maintaining financial models and dashboards using visualization tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
- Demonstrated advanced capabilities in Excel and financial modeling.
- Complete comfort with writing Excel formulas and building/troubleshooting complicated spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simplified manner.
- Experience with creating dynamic reporting with SAP source data.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve with little to no direction.
- Robust sense of accountability: Sound personal judgment, capacity to handle confidential information appropriately, and effectively escalate issues as needed.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail; You are able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep.

Compensation:
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $113,400 - $138,600
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.
Where is the job located?
This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA or within the U.S at one of our Hilti offices. Our office is located right off of Embarcadero Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation. This role is also open to Hilti office locations within the US.
