SalaryAre you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a seasonal opportunity in Middletown, NY? Adecco is currently seeking a Seasonal Filing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be converting paper employee files to the e-filing system. Hard files will be taken, electronic folders with be created and everything will be scanned in . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in basic office software, we want to hear from you!
This position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Length of assignment IS 2-3 months. Pay rate is $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Duration: Seasonal position, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
