Job Summary:
Field Supervisors are responsible for leading the inventory counting process for our valued customers. The Field Supervisor provides direction to Inventory Associates on inventory procedures, monitoring compliance and accuracy, and providing professional customer service. The Field Supervisor also works together with Inventory Associates to physically count inventory for our clients and enter information into RGIS inventory data collection equipment. Inventory to be counted varies depending on the client and location to be audited, and typically held in retail, grocery, or warehouse environments. Field Supervisors demonstrate RGIS Core Values in all that they do.
Requirements:
- Ability to work assigned shifts and varying hours.

- Previous inventory and supervisory experience, a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate, in a positive manner.
- Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.

- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and delivers excellent output.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties.
- A valid driver’s license with the ability to meet company driver requirements.
Working conditions:
- Prolonged standing with occasional walking (frequent)
- Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands as well as fingers (frequent)
- Able to work for extended periods of time (frequent)
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stretching, squatting, and kneeling (frequent)
- Use of ladders and step stools. (frequent)
- Balancing when counting stock from ladder (frequent)
- Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent)
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds (occasional)
- Ability to work in various customer locations with various work conditions.
- Able to travel by car (frequently) and by plane (occasional)
- Able to travel including overnight stays (frequent; 90% travel)
