Field Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Utilize construction management software (such as ProCore) to track project milestones and communicate with team members
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and client expectations
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to field staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction supervision or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software (such as ProCore)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Ability to supervise a team of workers and subcontractors effectively
- Understanding of contract documents and terms
