Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair systems at client sites.
You will work closely with our engineering team and clients to ensure all systems are fully functional and meet specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and training for systems
- Communicate with clients to coordinate site visits and work
- Complete paperwork to document work performed and parts replaced
- Conduct operational training on instruments and systems
- Participate in assembly and factory testing of systems
Requirements:
- 2+ years electronics experience or training
- Familiarity with electronic tools, PCs, and laptops
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and domestically
- Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
