We provide full-service equipment and service solutions to high-volume kitchens and processing facilities to include consultation, installation, start-up, warranty repairs, reactive service and preventative maintenance.
The Position
Hess is looking to add a Field Service Technician to our Field Service Team. We are looking for the right person who fits the Hess culture, has the technical and mechanical skills required, along with a great understanding of customer service.
Job Duties
Provide reactive and preventative maintenance services to our existing and growing customer base
Complete new equipment installations and Start-Ups based on fluctuating demand
Record all service activities related to Field Service and any other assigned service activities on Hess and customer supplied electronic devices and digital platforms
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by continuously providing high quality service
Perform service work according to set standards while working to increase your personal level of skill and proficiency through opportunities to train online and in person
Manage and maintain stock parts inventory on Hess supplied service vehicle
Maintain scheduled service maintenance on Hess supplied service vehicle include documenting services performed
Attend all training events, service meeting, and other events as required
Prioritize following safety procedures and maintain a constant awareness of personal safety and the safety of others in all facets of Hess business
Wear proper uniform and maintain Hess standards for personal grooming and appearance
