What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Going from client to client to resolve issues, primarily with printers. 33% hardware, 33% travel time, and 34% admin time. IT field technician work. The worker will be in the field answering dispatch calls (Break fix and IMAC), providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc). The level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, switches support, among others

Skills in working with customers, technical aptitude, and must have hands on field tech experience (help desk exp does not count) What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F 9am-6pm, On-Call Rotation with the possibility of Overtime. Shift may adjust to Tues-Sat if clients needs change How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2-5 preferred but we will train Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary, experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, Client Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $20.00+ How many miles per day will the contractor be driving?
