What You’ll Do:
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL IMAGING DEVICE SERVICE AND REPAIR
Summary/ Objectives
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to maintain and repair Siemens and GE MRI / CT.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to Siemens or GE MR/CT
- Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive, customer environments.
- Perform Scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
- Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
- Accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards.
- Submitting Field Service reports timely and according to functional standards.
- Communicate with Director of Service and Customer.
- Manage and Maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Some College or Degree Preferred
- Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in medical electronics field or experience in a specific modality.
- Desire experience in servicing diagnostic imaging equipment, Siemens or GE MR/CT a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of hand and power tools.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be willing to work in a team environment.
- Must be willing to travel overnight as needed.
- Must be willing to be available for calls during off hours.
