An engineering and production company that designs, manufactures and implements automated systems is adding a Field Service Engineer to their team. They make automated systems for warehousing, such as conveyors for companies like Walmart and Target.
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll visit different customer field locations for repairs, troubleshooting and installations. Travel is involved in this role and the amount of travel can vary. Some trips are one day, others are closer to 2 weeks.

- Guiding and training customers on troubleshooting
- Monitor available tools for issues (Network, server, etc.)
- Contribute to Knowledge Base issues and solutions database
- Travel to customer sites for field-based technical service support, as needed
- 4-5 years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and customer service
- Deep knowledge of electricity/ electronics, LAN/WAN networks, Servers, 24V+ DC, and industrial equipment
- Extensive network troubleshooting experience
- Must have valid travel documents as job requires domestic and international travel
