We are seeking a dynamicField Service Coordinatorto join our growing organization.
Field Service Coordinator Responsibilities
Coordinate installations and service calls for clients who have purchased an EarthCam installation package
Manage daily jobs (AKA events, work orders, assignments)
Site Survey / Installations / Service Call / Relocation / Reactivation / Removal
Write Scopes of Work for field teams and assure adherence
Qualify Contractor, oversee agreements and expectations, monitor work performance for continuous improvement and safety protocols are followed
Define customers’ needs via on site surveys to assure all needs are met with the installation
Select and assign proper resources to each job, assure proper tools and safety equipment is utilized
Scheduling lifts and assuring correct lift is used for the application
Prepare technician for the job with detailed and documented job tasks specific to the application
Oversee technician on the job via picture verification of each major task, to assure quality and safety
Proactive check ins and progress reports of each job
On call support for the Field Service technicians
Facilitate issue resolution on sites and drive to customer satisfaction
Provide approval and releasing of Field Service technician from job site to assure all quality standards are met via photo, and corrected prior to being released
Coordinate with Technical Support and Client Services
Post job reporting, Continuous Improvement initiatives developed
EarthCam subcontracts our installation services / service calls to certified technicians
Technicians are an extension of EarthCam and play an critical role in the customer journey

Field Service Coordinator Qualifications
· 5 years’ project management experience
· Minimum 3-years’ experience working with cross-functional teams
· College degree or equivalent experience
· Ability to multi-task, remain organized and adhere to project deadlines
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Strong oral and written communication skills required
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Knowledge in construction is preferred
