BuzzBallz is growing!Field Sales Representatives are responsible for growing the company portfolio and engaging consumers through point-of-sale merchandising, shelf assortment, and creative displays at retail accounts. In addition, our Field Sales Representatives identify new market and business opportunities to increase market share while building and maintaining relationships with accounts, distributors, and retailers. The Field Sales Representatives will work collaboratively under the management of the Director of Sales Development and VP of Sales Operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales in off-premises retail primarily, in addition to on-premises retail business.
  • Assist with merchandising and the implementation of programming across all retail segments.
  • Achieve distribution, display space, and shelf placement objectives in off-premises retail accounts.
  • Secure menu features, back bar placement, and promotions to bring brand awareness in on-premises retail accounts.
  • Increase brand presence in the marketplace by facilitating promotional and tasting events each month.
  • Strengthen and expand current business partnerships with off-premises and on-premises retail accounts
  • Educate and manage the Distributor Sales Teams to ensure they are presenting and executing to company standards.
  • Participate in new product launches, promotions, and events as the face of BuzzBallz.
  • Regularly participate in market surveys and distributor work-with to provide in-depth analysis on current market sales and trends.
  • Track and record daily market visits through our in-house sales reporting software (VIP).
  • Passionately share the BuzzBallz story.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

· Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a safe driving record.

· Have reliable transportation to travel to and from various locations.

· 1+years’ of selling experience (preferred)

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop and grow customer relationships.

· Ability to and willingness to work flexible hours.

· Have captivating storytelling skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

· Have strong time and project management skills.

· Spirits/alcohol beverage industry knowledge (preferred)

· Reside in the Atlanta, Georgia metro-area.


Conditions of Employment:

Must pass background check, drug test, and I-9 verification.

Must be able to work outside of regular work schedule as required.
