Field Qa Manager / Construction Quality Inspector

Qualifications Required:

· Minimum three years construction-related experience in the Quality Assurance field or equivalent education and experience.

· Working knowledge of the principles and practices of civil engineering and construction methods, materials, and equipment.

· Read and interpret civil / structural construction drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or conflicts within the documents.

· Ability to communicate effectively across different platforms with project management, clients, stakeholders, and contractors.

· Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic environment.

· Proficient with MS Office

Position Overview:

· Provide construction management support, including inspection, testing, and monitoring of construction to ensure compliance with contract documents.

· Maintain detailed records of Construction / Contractors daily operations & Activities.

· Plans and coordinates daily Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) activities with construction activities and other duties as directed by the Project Consultant Manager or QA/QC management team.

Other:

· This position is field based and located on an industrial work site in the Memphis area.

· This is rotation work 3wks on, 1wk off.

· Night shift work on a construction site required very occasionally.

· Must be fit for work, in good health, may be required to pass drug and alcohol screening.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
