Mission:

The Field Coordinator's mission is to ensure the seamless execution of sports court installations, enhancing team performance and client satisfaction through expert leadership, rigorous quality control, and dedicated safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the installation team in line with our ESNCE program.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of court installation projects.
• Uphold and exceed quality standards for every installation.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance and a safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,442.00 - $1,730.00 per week
