Who We Are Looking For:
As the Field CTO at Faction, you will be instrumental in our sales process, leveraging your extensive technical expertise in multi-cloud environments to engage with C-level executives across top accounts and partners. Your goal is to establish trusted advisor relationships, comprehend clients' technological and business needs, and champion Faction's multi-cloud solutions, including public cloud integration, data analytics & management, storage, cyber recovery, and disaster recovery.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and nurture "trusted advisor" relationships with C-level executives at key accounts and partner organizations.
- Utilize Faction's patented multi-cloud platform and partnerships to devise and advocate innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives in multi-cloud data services, driving Faction's edge in innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to streamline their data architecture using Faction's expertise in cloud data warehouse and cyber recovery.
- Influence executive-level decisions in favor of Faction's technology solutions through strategic discussions and activities.
- Support Account Executives and Client Success Managers through sales campaigns and solution designs.
- Provide an escalation point for Solutions Engineers around complex designs and integrations.
- Provide critical feedback and insights to Faction's product team to guide product development in line with client requirements.
- Create and disseminate thought leadership content across major publications and Faction events, influencing decision-makers at the C-level.
- Participate in executive briefings and presentations for top-tier clients and partners.
What Experience You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Ability to engage in business-focused conversations with C-level executives and translate these into technical discussions.
- Demonstrated success in influencing C-level stakeholders towards Faction's solutions.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and a deep understanding of data analytics, storage, cyber recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Proven experience developing technical solutions (blogs, webinars, articles) that showcase industry thought leadership.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring in both technical and leadership capacities.
- Alignment with Faction's core values of innovation, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
- A role model for Faction's cultural principles.
Salary: $190,000 to $215,000
