SalaryEstablished in 1984, Superstition Crushing is now one of the largest portable aggregate companies in Arizona. We are currently seeking out competent individuals, capable of efficiently operating front-end loaders in a production-based environment. Position is Union and wages/benefits/pension are according to Union scale. Breakdown of wage is as follows: Bring-home $34.81 per hour. Health & Welfare $6.80 per hour. Pension $5.50 per hour. Overall wage is $47.11 per hour.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 yrs experience operating front-end wheel loader of size CAT 988K or larger in an open pit environment feeding crushers or belt feeders.
Pre-employment drug screening
Ability to travel within Arizona for one week at a time, jobsites are not all local
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain all required documentation (inspection, logbooks, timecards, BOL, etc.) as required by management and regulating agencies.
- Willingness to operate any equipment as needed
- Maintain awareness of fluid, grease, and fuel levels and add as needed
- Adequately inspect vehicle for defects to maintain safe operating conditions pre and post trip
- Assist plant operator, if requested, on any plant repairs
- Feeding of crusher at portable crushing plant (Depending on job)
- Clear shot material from benches on high walls
- Stockpiling production material
- Willingness to assist with other plant projects when loader work is not required

Pay: From $34.81 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
