Fbo Customer Service Representative

FBO Customer Service position requires an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, works well in a team setting and is Customer Service driven allowing them to interact professionally and courteously with all pilots, crew, and passengers. Must be able to pass Federal background screening and drug test. Bi-lingual a plus. 

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet pilots and passengers at aircraft and in FBO lobby
• Responds to in-person, telephone, and e-mails inquiries from all customers. Dispatches service requests in a professional and timely manner to all aircraft
• Performing the daily Customer Service duties such as arrival and departure scheduling, hotel reservations, rental car reservations, catering orders, fuel orders, aircraft cleaning, etc.
• Be available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns
• Follows direction requiring specific attention to details and decision-making within establish guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Able to work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Receives payment from all customers in-person, by phone or e-mail, this includes verifying payments amounts, posting payments, and issuing receipts and invoices.
• Assist pilots, crew, and passengers with luggage
• Determine the needs of pilots and crew (such as fuel, beverages, ice, or newspapers)
• Shuttle pilots, crew, and passengers to/from our location, customs, main terminal, and nearby hotels.
• Ensure all departing aircraft have all requested amenities
• Call into front desk with aircraft registration to assist CSR’s invoice preparation
• Aircraft Marshalling/Wing walking, if required.  Stage car rentals ramp/aircraft side.
• Ensuring coffee/tea and all kitchen supplies are ordered or replenished, when required
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, company vehicles, ice machine, catering fridge, etc.
• Ability to give accurate and detailed directions in and around the airport, nearby hotels, and restaurants
