About this position:
This is a brand-new location that needs a highly motivated person to help build this from the ground up. This manager will take the lead on store layout, product selection and interior decor of the store. You will oversee the daily store operations and functions by practicing good interpersonal skills and principles, consistently applying policies and procedures, recognizing, and solving problems, effective and efficient use of payroll dollars, and maintaining a high level of employee morale and exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for:
· Representing the store and company in a positive manner while promoting and exhibiting superior customer service
· Designing the layout of the store
· Helping determine what products are carried.
· Leading the daily store operations and functions and ensure they are completed.
· Being a steward for a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees
· Leading employees to be the best team members in the industry through training, coaching and effective leadership.
· Maintaining high standards for store appearance and displays

Experience:
· High school diploma or GED
· 4-H leader or involvement
· Animal and Feed knowledge required
· Preferred: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role with retail sales experience
Wages:
· $48,000 to $52,000 per year (Depending on experience) plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
