When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully.

Parent Connection, a comprehensive home visitation program, is seeking a full-time Family Support Specialist to work with first time parents based out of our Menasha office. The Family Support Specialist establishes a trusting relationship with overburdened families by delivering service that is culturally competent, strength-based, family centered, and family directed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent work experience with experience in the field of early childhood education, maternal-child health, family life education, home visitation, social work, counseling or related human service field. Infant Mental Health Endorsement with at least two years of home visitation experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
