The Ideal Candidate:This family is looking for a positive, mature, professional person with excellent time management skills,to join their household. They are a very busy family with two children (ages 7 and 9) and two dogs (one is 8 months old and the other is 10 years old ) so they need someone very organized who is an excellent communicator, flexible, and always willing to take on any task. This family is looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude,who is pleasant and energetic and can help make their lives and home run more smoothly. Someone who can provide support for all aspects of managing their home including:
Running Errands:dry cleaning, post office, occasional grocery shopping, etc.
Light Housekeeping:Family Laundry, cleaning dishes, tidying up daily, and helping keep the kid's area's clean. No deep cleaning, they have cleaners come once a week.
Home Management/Family Assistant Duties:Replenishing household products, Home Organizing (daily and general projects, i.e. Pantry, etc.), Dog walking, Vet appointments, Preparing kids' lunches/snacks, as needed, having book bags ready for the next day, tag team with Mom and Dad driving kids from school, lessons, appointments, as needed.
Travel:This family would ideally love someone who can travel with them and who will provide support on vacations.
What Works Best for Family:The ideal candidate will love what they do, have a can-do attitude, and be extremely organized and solution-oriented. Their vision is that this person will help manage the household from daily tidying to larger organization projects, help care for their pets, and help make their lives more functional. Mom and Dad work from home and are very involved with the kids. They want someone who will grow with the family and wants to eventually become a Professional Assistant working with C-Level clients.

Position Responsibilities- Childcare: 2 Children
- Housekeeping: Light housekeeping, just tidying up after meals and the kids
- Cooking: Meal prep, easy meals for dinner a few times a week
- Laundry: Family Laundry
- Errands: Grocery shopping, dry cleaners, etc.
- Driving: Required, they have a car for you to use

- Work Hours:Flexible, starting your day at 6 am getting the kids ready for school, breakfast, cleaning up after breakfast, and then takinga break in the morning after the kids leave for school around the mid-morning after your break start house duties and then around 2:30help withpicking up kids from school and homework, driving to activities, the day ends around 8pm
