Pca Personal Care Assistant

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. Your role will involve providing Personal Care, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

```Duties```
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living areas
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
