Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an associate with 3+ years of experience specializing in divorce and Family Law. The candidate should have experience in Family Law, including divorce matters, child custody, child support, domestic violence, pre- and post-marital agreements, dissolutions, and post-decree modifications.
Job Details:

• Handle all divorce and Family Law cases from inception to completion.
• Manage case deadlines.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills and creativity in legal documents.
• Act as a mentor to less seasoned associates.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Attend major Family Law CLEs.
• Contribute to education and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Family Law experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Former clerkship a plus
• Knowledge of New Jersey state laws and procedures.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
