Law firm looking for a Family Law Attorney to join their team at one of their multiple offices within New Jersey. They provide legal guidance in all aspects of divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, equitable distribution of property, domestic violence, mediation, and all other Family Law-related matters.
Are you a passionate advocate with a deep understanding of Family Law? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team on a permanent basis. This role will provide the opportunity to handle complex and challenging Family Law cases, while working with a team of experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including divorce, child custody, alimony, domestic violence, and other Family Law matters. This position requires a high degree of client interaction, court appearances, and the ability to handle cases from inception to resolution.

Are you a passionate advocate with a deep understanding of Family Law? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team on a permanent basis. This role will provide the opportunity to handle complex and challenging Family Law cases, while working with a team of experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including divorce, child custody, alimony, domestic violence, and other Family Law matters. This position requires a high degree of client interaction, court appearances, and the ability to handle cases from inception to resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Family Law cases from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on various Family Law issues.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
- Develop and implement case strategy in conjunction with the client's goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Family Law and court procedures.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
