- Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, DSc, ScD, DHS, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching and use of educational technology in an academic setting.
- Evidence of leadership experience.
- An active research or clinical scholarship program and a track record of publications and grant activity, or the potential to develop such a program of research/scholarship.
