Assistant Professor of Psychology
The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown invites applications for a tenure-stream, full-time position at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Psychology. The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, founded in 1927, is the first and largest regional campus of the University of Pittsburgh. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include a 12-hour teaching load per term and an active research program including supervision of undergraduates, along with departmental, divisional, and college-wide service activities. Teaching duties include Introductory Psychology, Physiological Psychology, and other courses related to one's specialty area. Experience or interest in teaching courses related to psychophysiology would be given preference.
Qualifications include:
- Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field by August 28, 2023
- Teaching experience
- Experience conducting research
Starting Date: August 28, 2023
