We have an immediate opening for a Factory Store Sales Associate.
Job Summary: The Factory Store Sales Associate is responsible for assisting with customer service, store merchandising, inventory control, and all other duties required to maintain a successful retail environment. To promote and build teamwork while creating a positive and safe work environment, and a strong company culture that embodies a drive for success, ownership of responsibilities, and a passion for being the best. To practice daily continual improvement in all areas.
Minimum Requirements: A successful candidate will have previous retail store experience. Ability to use a point-of-sale system and related software. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand on a solid surface for up to 10 hours or more. Must be able to climb, bend, push, pull, and kneel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in-store and over the phone in a friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product knowledge and advice.
- Ring up customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectable store.
- Assist with receiving inventory accurately.
- Forecast and order merchandise as needed.
- Maintain necessary inventory and stock levels.
- Package and ship products when required.
- Safely operate forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Provides excellent customer service over the phone and on the sales floor.
- All other duties as required by the store manager.
