Job Scope:
General maintenance in facility
Light electrical work; replacing bulbs, ballast, switches and receptacles
Plumbing leaks and repairs
Grounds work and clean-up
Assist contractors
Painting
Trash runs
Moving office furniture
Replacing ceiling tiles
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
