Facility Attendant

We are a Family Fitness Swim and Tennis Club located in the beautiful San Leandro hills near Lake Chabot Park

Good opportunity for stable long term part time work$20 per hour to start we will train you to keep pools and facility grounds clean and safe. Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

This is a Part time job average 10-20 hours per week including weekends

We will train you how to open and close the club. Opening shifts start at 5am-10:30am, mid-shift 11-4pm and closing shift is 4pm to 9:30pm. We have flexible shifts available during the hours of operation 5am-9:30pm 7 days a week- You must be able to lift, pull or push up to 50lbs or more-

General duties consist of pool and deck surface sweeping, vacuuming-cleaning and light maintenance. Inventory and refill supplies. Maintain cleaning of the Outdoor pool deck/ recreational facility, gym, and all outdoor areas. Duties: We will train you in each area to learn the Opening and Closing of the facility.

• We provide a Duty/Check List for you to follow on every shift .
• You will learn to check pool water chemicals. Any knowledge of pool maintenance and operations a plus.
• General light facility clean up, maintain facility. Keep decks, grounds, courts, and gym in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition.
• Basic computer skills required for checking in members.
• You must be able to pay attention to detail
• Enforce pool/safety rules and monitor club security.
• Other duties include Landscaping, receive/unload deliveries, inventory, light repairs, help organize deck furniture and storage areas, brush and maintain pools, vacuum decks, and grounds etc.
• Put on and take off pool covers
• Wash and dry towels - stock and maintain towels for member usage.

High School Diploma, GED required

Must be able to read, understand and do Shift Check List duties as written
