This role will be responsible for the direction and coordination of repair, preventive & corrective maintenance, and installation activities within the assigned operations;
POSITION IS LOCATED IN DEL RIO TX
- Manage an effective team, includes planning, motivates, coaches, and trains to acquire maximum quality, productivity, morale, and cooperation, approving time and attendance, prioritizing and making work assignments.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
- Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
- Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of electric power, chill water system, and compressed air system for required operations.
- Reviews maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations
- Reviews work procedures for safety regulations and concerns
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- 4+ years of experience in management of Maintenance area
- Bilingual English /Spanish
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
