EIHC is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager dedicated to serving the needs of our community.
SCHEDULE
Variable hours 7:30 AM TO 7 PM, Monday through Friday
COMPENSATION
$25 to $40.50 hourly depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, manage, and process facilities and grounds work order requests from all EIHC locations; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Act as liaison between employees and outside contractors needed to resolve facilities and grounds issues or projects. Assist with relevant contract management.
- Clean and assist with upkeep of interior and exterior EIHC facilities and workspaces.
- Coordinate with the Information Technology team and vendors to ensure security systems within EIHC facility and on the grounds are functioning properly.
- Manage coordination, development, revision, and maintenance of department related Standard Operating Procedures.
- Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies.
- Additional other duties as assigned by a leader.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required.
- Driver license and dependable and insured vehicle required.
- Minimum of two years of a related janitorial or custodial experience required.
- Intermediate level mechanical aptitude required.
- Intermediate level troubleshooting skills on moderate equipment issues required.
