Pay: $25 - $30/hr (Based on experience)
Length: Three (3) months with possibility of extension/conversion
Shift: Mon - Fri, 930a - 6p (Lunch 1p-1:30p)
Note: This is an onsite role. No other options available.
This position is in charge of management of the companys equipment and maintenance operations. Schedules and prioritizes equipment repairs and maintenance as well as assigning equipment to crews and projects. Oversees multiple maintenance technicians, establishes productivity goals and tracks progress of work.
Responsibilities for thisFacilities Maintenance Managerposition include but are not limited to:
- Supervises maintenance functions for facility
- Schedules repairs, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
- Review job orders
- Directs maintenance activities on utility system to provide continuous heat, steam, electrical power, gas or air
- Directs worked and contractors engaged in buildings and grounds maintenance
- Ensure preventive maintenance program
- Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
- Inspects operations machines and equipment
- Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize costs, and great utilization of labor and materials
- Confers with management
Qualifications for thisFacilities Maintenance Managerposition:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of Maintenance experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use hand tools and light/heavy equipment
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
