Position Details:

Position: Facilities Maintenance Associate

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time positions available

Shift: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with flexible start times and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

As a part of our team, you will have a crucial role in maintaining our facilities. Your responsibilities include ensuring a clean and organized environment, both indoors and outdoors, as well as handling light Facilities Maintenance and supply organization. The Facilities Maintenance Associate will report to the Maintenance Manager, supporting basic janitorial functions for the assigned facility. Additionally, you will manage inventory of janitorial supplies and collaborate with outside vendors to ensure timely service.

• Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

• Regular & prompt attendance at work.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients & coworkers in a respectful and professional manner.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as required (Coming in early, staying late, working weekends, etc.).
