Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage FMX ticketing software to ensure facilities are properly maintained, secured, and sanitary, ensure work orders are resolved in a timely manner
• Work with Purchasing Department to negotiate and secure facilities related contracts, including janitorial, security, landscaping, supplies, and others as needed

-Manage department budget, including monitoring vendor invoices, expenses, and receivables to ensure accuracy

• Contribute to strategic planning for facilities and development of facilities budgets, including recommending cost saving measures
• Participate in meetings and serve on committees, such as the Emergency Preparedness, Environment of Care, and Safety Committees
• Develop and communicate department priorities and timelines for site projects to staff
• Ensure direct reports foster cooperation and respectful communication between staff, patients, and the public
• Assess training needs and promote developmental activities, company mission and goals
• Conduct department meetings to communicate and foster teamwork
• Evaluates staff performance
• Provide guidance and coaching to develop the team to their highest potential

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/engineering preferred
• 6+ years of facilities management experience required
• Experience within healthcare organization preferred
• Experience with electronic procurement, project management, and facilities work order software preferred
