Pacific Power Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for our Kent, WA location.
As the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator you are responsible for assisting with all facility related activities across multiple sites to ensure a productive and safe work environment. With a primary focus on serving the internal customer and a high level of attention to detail, the position partners with local managers, Corporate Facilities team, and Corporate Environmental Health & Safety team to coordinate, implement, and document maintenance of the grounds, building & systems, equipment, fleet, and safety program. This is a hands-on role, actively engaged in supporting our facilities.

Wage Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
Requirements:Primary (Essential) Duties:
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- With the support of the corporate facilities team and on-site operates, oversee facility operations including security systems, lighting, heating, and cooling controls, parking, utilities, waste services and landscaping.
- Coordinate and communicate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs and special projects. Solicit and evaluate proposals from contractors and coordinate completion of accepted contractor work.
- Conducts regular and timely audits and inspections of grounds, buildings, work areas, tools and equipment to identify and correct unsafe conditions and ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Proactively communicates all facilities and safety related activities, deficiencies, and hazards with Position’s direct manager, and works to correct all items as directed.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and an up-to-date database to track vendor contacts and contracts.
- Collaborate with local managers, driving staff, and Corporate Facilities team to ensure that all fleet vehicles are properly registered, complete emissions testing when and reporting, ensure the correct and timely maintenance of all fleet vehicles, and evaluate mileage and maintenance reports for variances or disparities.
- Partner with Corporate Facilities team to ensure that all licenses, permits, and certifications are accurate and up-to-date and ensure strict adherence to company safety program, and all local, state, and federal regulations.

Experience/Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-years proven experience in maintaining facilities.
- Experience working in an industrial setting is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
