JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overall coordination of construction, remodels, and/or assigned special projects for the Quil Ceda Creek Casino. Plans, coordinates, implements, and manages progress of all facility projects. Communicates and works harmoniously with all TGO, Tribal Government Departments and/or outside vendors involved with projects.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

SKILLS: Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data relating to project budget management. (Test required) Highly skilled and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Manager programs, and the ability to learn new software applications fairly easily.
(Test required) EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years work experience coordinating and managing large and small scale facility projects to include preparation, implementation, and budgeting. Minimum of four (4) years work experience utilizing a personal computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Manager, and purchasing programs. Minimum of three (3) years experience of public relations/guest service.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience. Minimum of two (2) years experience working with bids, quotes, contracts and outside vendors. Prior experience working in a tribally owned gaming facility preferred.
