SalaryFacilities Assistant
The Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the community and assisting the Facilities team members as needed. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. This is an entry level position. We will teach you everything you need to know.
Reports to: Community Manager & Facilities Supervisor

Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Facilities Assistant’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
- Inspect the community daily for litter, debris and pet waste and dispose appropriately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster/trash chute areas in preparation for trash pick-up.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all community common areas including amenities, model, clubhouse, and hallways.
- Keep inventory of all cleaning supplies.
- Pressure wash sidewalks as needed.
- Provide superior customer service to residents.
- Assist the Facilities team with trash outs and make ready items during Annual Turn.
- Understand and adhere to Landmark Policies & Procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor and Community Manager.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to manage one’s own time.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance.

The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate works,
