50% of work is required for Manufacturing industrial Facility.
Monitor and maintain the performance of equipment.
Fix the oil and change it.
Field service maintenance.
Vacuum Seller, Air compressor, Slicer etc.
30% of the work will be related to batch access to new hires. Raising tickets. Should have a great knowledge of computers. Handling and taking care of PPE kits, etc.
20% will be Administrative work. With new hiring, setting up of meeting, following up with internal and external team and setting up of lunch and other details if required.
The primary function of the position:
This position ensures the smooth operation of the site, facilities, and equipment at the **** North Carolina location and supports the maintenance and repair of the equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Facility and Equipment
• Coordinate with corporate facilities, and external partners to handle all facility-related tasks that include modification, maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of equipment and building services thereby reducing downtime.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting of systems and regular preventive maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Scheduling coordination of maintenance, repair, and conversion work by external service providers
• Maintain inventory of equipment spare parts, consumables, and common laboratory supplies.
Office and site management
• Organization of the ongoing office management: stationery and any other inventory (Coffee, Utilities, Cafeteria, other) management along with a consistent and efficient ordering process.
• Coordinate services and appointments for 3rd party vendors, e.g. meals, cleaning, etc.
• Manage small furniture orders and supervise set-up.
• Help with meeting room reservations and set-up for internal meetings and event organization (lunch order, drinks, set up tables, food, etc.).
• Inspecting, counting, labeling, and locating items received or distributed from stocking locations.
• Follows all corporate, safety, and production procedures and regulations.
• Provide support for staff event organization, such as all hands, holiday parties, etc.
Admin
• Support hiring manager(s) with new hire onboarding activities (badge issuance/facility access, scrubs, etc.).
• Assist with visitor/vendor badge management.
• Assist with mail and package delivery and management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• Hands-on technician with at least 5-year work experience with facilities and equipment in a production / technical environment
• Dynamic, self-starter, customer focused, autonomous
• Good knowledge of MS Office, at ease managing transactions in various online platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and welcoming
