As a Fabricator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality outdoor commercial signs by skillfully welding materials using an array of tools, machinery, and techniques. Your expertise in aluminum work, meticulous attention to measurements, and adeptness in deciphering technical drawings and specifications will be paramount in this role.

Responsibilities:

Material Preparation:

• Interpret intricate drawings and specifications with precision.
• Utilize tools like saws, shears, and other cutting equipment to shape materials effectively.

Assembly and Fabrication:

• Expertly assemble fabricated parts using welding, bolting, riveting, or other appropriate methods.
• Maintain uncompromising standards of precision and quality throughout the fabrication process.

Welding and Joining:

• Employ MIG welding techniques with finesse to achieve seamless joins.
• Ensure exact fit and alignment of welded components, with diligent inspection and repair as needed.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to guarantee compliance with specifications.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and utilize protective equipment as required.

Tool Maintenance:

• Regularly maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Promptly report any malfunctioning tools or equipment for swift repair.

Documentation:

• Keep meticulous records of materials utilized, tasks performed, and time allocation for each project.

Requirements:

• Possess proven experience as a Fabricator or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings with accuracy.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of fabrication techniques and materials.
• Showcase skill in operating a diverse range of tools and equipment, particularly welding apparatus.

Education and Certifications:
