Seeking an experienced Painter (both wet/liquid and powder painting) to join our Paint Shop team on day shift. As a Selux Powder coater, you will prepare materials for application of dry-coating paint to lighting fixtures in a
manufacturing environment. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lift paint boxes to load machine,
• Apply powder coat paint and wet paint to fixtures using a spray gun.
• Change colors as needed.
• Blow water off parts before they go into the drying oven.
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Lead.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Perform ERP transactions accurately and consistently as required per company policies and
procedures.

Hours:

1st shift - Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm, Full time 40 hours/week 

• Seeking a candidate with 2 years of industrial coating system in a manufacturing environment 
• Experience with wet/liquid painting preferred 
• Must be able to focus closely on details (attention to detail is critical)
• Must have the ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
