Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Wet Spray Painter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial Wet Spray painting, including expertise in spraying primer and topcoat using pressure pot systems,
proficient paint gun cleaning and maintenance skills, the ability to read wet film thickness gauges accurately, and a knack for troubleshooting painting issues effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Apply primer and topcoat using pressure pot systems, ensuring high-quality finishes on industrial components.
• Clean and maintain paint guns and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Monitor wet film thickness using appropriate gauges to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot painting issues such as uneven coating, overspray, or color discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial Wet Spray painting.
• Proficiency in spraying primer and topcoat with pressure pot systems.
• Strong knowledge of paint gun cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to accurately read wet film thickness gauges.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve painting issues promptly.
