Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for multiple ExperiencedBusiness Process Analysts (Level 3) to join the Supply Chain Digital Transformation Team for the BCA SAP Project.
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced specialists with strong knowledge in BCA Supply Chain process and procedures as well as IT systems integration and SAP. Individuals that are curious, creative, innovative and willing to explore and experiment. Leaders able to perform and excel in an environment that is dynamic, fluid, and exciting.
In this role you will join a dynamic and engaging team leading the implementing of SAP as the replacement for the BCA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will ensure that business requirements are translated to system functionality, utilizing SAP Activate Methodology and assist with Go-Live strategy, planning activities and implementation as we transition from ERPLN to SAP ERP S/4 system.
These roles can be based in any of the following locations: Everett, WA; Renton, WA or Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate across organizations to identify and document business system requirements.
  • Partner with internal Boeing teams and suppliers to ensure business requirements are translated into system functionality.
  • Develop plans and approaches for major IT system implementation.
  • Provide system and process expertise to lead projects and consultation.
  • Coach and train end users in Systems capabilities.
  • Provide direct system and process, end user support to Managers, Procurement agents, Supply Chain Analyst, Materials Management and other personnel as needed.
  • Applies basic process, data, and applications/systems architecture.
  • Learns to effectively contract with customer and/or charter project, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties.
  • Supports strategic planning efforts by researching established procedures and guidelines.
  • Learns to apply and integrate current strategic initiatives into process improvement activities.
  • Conducts business requirements review, coordinates testing schedules, and assists in the preparation of test scripts.
  • Communicates with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and status.
  • Demonstrates familiarity and use of Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary to assist project leaders.
  • Assists in efforts to identify opportunities to eliminate, consolidate and/or simplify process documents.
  • Provides support to teams to work within, integrate with or improve the existing process architecture.
  • Researches existing business architectural data and providing to teams in support of integration and architectural compliance efforts.
  • Occasional travel may be required within the Puget Sound, WA area.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with ERPLN and other manufacturing systems.
  • 3+ years of IT Systems technical support, software development, implementation or end user support
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, purchasing, demand forecasting, planning or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • Occasional travel may be required within the Puget Sound, WA area

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in Supply Chain management, Experience in Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Analytics and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • Experience in SAP- Production planning, Demand planning, and APO
  • Experience with Project management / leading teams

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $92,000
