From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only
celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a business analysis manager for Logistics finance, you will lead consolidated storytelling and financial metric management for Logistics, as well as serve as financial lead for key cross-functional projects. The goal of the role is to represent Finance and Logistics operations by communicating a compelling story that takes business partners on the journey to better understand the financial impacts of Logistics, through metrics, data, and visualizations, taking into account the end-to-end financial impacts of decisions.
In this role, you will...

  • Consolidate and communicate complex financial information and concepts, to both finance and business leaders.
  • Support and influence decision making, through month-end, forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning processes.
  • Support end-to-end projects, with the ability to connect-the-dots to understand the full range of impacts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes. Consult with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Synthesize varied datasets into a consolidating reporting package

We'd love to hear from people with:
  • Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, budgeting, business planning, and business cases
  • Supply Chain/Logistics Finance experience a big plus!
  • Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams
  • Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers
  • Project management experience
