As a business analysis manager for Logistics finance, you will lead consolidated storytelling and financial metric management for Logistics, as well as serve as financial lead for key cross-functional projects. The goal of the role is to represent Finance and Logistics operations by communicating a compelling story that takes business partners on the journey to better understand the financial impacts of Logistics, through metrics, data, and visualizations, taking into account the end-to-end financial impacts of decisions.
In this role, you will...
- Consolidate and communicate complex financial information and concepts, to both finance and business leaders.
- Support and influence decision making, through month-end, forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning processes.
- Support end-to-end projects, with the ability to connect-the-dots to understand the full range of impacts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes. Consult with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Synthesize varied datasets into a consolidating reporting package
We'd love to hear from people with:
- Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, budgeting, business planning, and business cases
- Supply Chain/Logistics Finance experience a big plus!
- Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams
- Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers
- Project management experience
