Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at the Pizza Place.As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting, preferably as a Pizza Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and pizza-making processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
