This position involves both front desk receptionist responsibilities as well as verifying insurances. It is a full time position and will require excellent customer service skills, computer skills, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and to work as a team member. We are looking for a mature, responsible, dependable, and compassionate employee.
Responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays and handling all aspects of patient flow through the clinic from check in to check out. This employee will work closely with our clinical staff, accounts receivable and scheduling departments.
Our front desk can be a very busy place and requires someone that can easily multi task.
You must have strong computer skills, including MS Excel and Word and have IMPECCABLE phone presentation.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
