Experienced Bookkeeper on our Financial Concierge Team at a Boutique Firm

Judith Heft & Associates works with busy high-net worth individuals and seniors to provide customized bookkeeping and bill paying services with the highest integrity and attention to detail.

We are expanding and are seeking qualified high-energy, enthusiastic candidates to join our growing organization where even though remote, you will still feel connected to a great team. This is a full-time position, fully remote 9 to 5:30 eastern position. Must reside in the US.

Must have qualifications:

· 2 years current experience in Quicken, Quickbooks Desktop and QBO

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel

· Good verbal organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong people and negotiating skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Good phone skills

· Experience with online and offline bill paying

· Excellent writing skills

-Multi – tasker working with multiple clients

· Self-starter

· A results-oriented, problem solver with strong decision-making skills
