ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Responsible for totaling the daily box, posting payments and running daily payment reports.
• Lists exchange slips and issues coinciding checks.
• Posts premium payments and any daily checks to be issued.
• Scans all Processed/Posted bills in EPIC.
• Scans all processed Company commission statements.
• Balances the Exchange Account daily, as well as reconciles the monthly statement.
• Makes daily bank deposits.
• Lists checks bi-weekly for the Agency's outgoing bills and forwards to S5 accounting.
• Reviews and issues any refunds due to insureds.
• Reconciles company agency bill statements.
• Reviews Accounts Receivable reports weekly.
• Sets up payment plans for Agency billed clients, invoicing monthly and monitoring for any premium revisions.
• Reviews report weekly to monitor incoming payments, sends late notices to overdue clients, and makes phone calls to overdue accounts when necessary.
• Processes and follow ups on every monthly statement issued from out Agency.
• Assists with month end processes.
• Processes all Non-Sufficient Funds notices and contacts appropriate Insurance carrier and insured.
• Process daily downloads
• Reconcile direct bill download commission
• Create reports as needed by management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
