Smart Body Shop is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive group and we’re adding to our team! We are looking to attract, develop, and retain exceptional people who share our vision by partnering with the local community to make a positive impact.
This is a full-time on-site role with an incentive-based pay for highly motivated individuals. The Body Shop Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed repair estimates for collision damaged vehicles. The Body Shop Estimator will also communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure timely repair completion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair and estimates
- Excellent knowledge of Body Shop repair processes, parts sourcing, and collision estimating platforms including CCC One
- Demonstrated success in accurately completing estimates in a timely manner
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- ASE certification or I-CAR certification is a plus
- Associate degree or higher in Automotive Collision Repair or a related field is a plus
- Attention to detail
