We are looking for a high-performing Experienced Body Shop Estimator. We have the best boy techs and painters in the Quad Cities, our area of opportunity is improving the estimating skills needed to capitalize on our current business.

Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities:
- Greets customers promptly and give fair estimates on costs and time required for Body Shop repairs
- Provide world class customer service to all customers
- Ordering of necessary parts at time of estimate
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers
- Complete total loss administration
- Comply with all Smart Automotive safety policies, guidelines and standards
- Schedules repairs of customer's vehicle and assists customers with billing questions, rentals, and appointments

Requirements
- Two years experience as a Body Shop Estimator
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Working knowledge of the industry, experience preferred
- Minimum one year experience in insurance/collision repair field
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Strong sales orientation
- Excellent communication to clearly explain issues and repairs to customers who may have little understanding of vehicles.
- Prior estimating knowledge
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
