Job Description
Back to Space’s Experience Manager AKA Mission Commander is a get it done while making sure everyone is safe and happy kind of person. Age, race, gender, eye color, body type, intergalactic affiliations are irrelevant. Ability and desire to delight, and to spend months on the road, are all required.
You will be responsible for:
Venue Management – including setup and tear down, passing inspections
Staff Management – including schedules, hiring, performance reviews, etc
Vendor Management
P&L Management of experience
Front/back of house operations
Ensure everyone has what they need, when they need it
Experience Required:
At least 3 years verifiable Hospitality Management experience in restaurant, hotel, theme park, events, theater, or equivalent
Desire to go to space – we love space nerds!
Experience Desired:
Technologically savvy – do you like VR, robots, AI, and use a lot of apps/software? Know what CAT6 and IPL are?
